In subtropical outdoor environments, Kentia Palms can grow to four metres. Luckily, they are a little more subdued as an indoor plant and will colour any corner with their rich dark fronds.
Position
They like dark corners and well-drained soil. They’ll grow slowly in a pot or tub for a long time.
Watering
Water indoor Kentia Palms only when dry. Outdoors, once a week.
Care
Move your Kentia Palm outdoors every now and again. They tolerate neglect for a time but still need your love and attention. Replace the soil in the pot every few years.
