This 2020 update of our national benchmarking research of green cover in our suburbs and cities looks at which places are gaining green cover and why.
It sets out the trends since 2013, establishes the six kinds of place by rainfall, density and urbanisation and provides a best on ground place (Local Government Area) for each category that other, similar, LGAs can learn from as they seek to grow their green cover.
